Seattle was a blast...
*sorry for not posting this past week*
But I just had such a good time, that I had to use up my vacation time and take a rest! I really enjoyed this trip. I visited my brother, and he showed B. & i all around town. We really fell in love with the city! In Freemont, a lovely neighborhood full of artistic living. A lot of great boutiques, and an impressive bar with great food called "Norm's". You can bring your dog!

I love how everything is overgrown, and real....

Real...Pretty!
I think this was a moment of realization. That Seattle might just be for B & i to raise a family. I was playing with my brother's dog, Daphne in his front yard when the kids were getting out of school, walking down the street, Daphne quickly ran to them at the edge of the yard and started playing with all the kids being so friendly as she is! And just having a great time. The mom's were laughing and I immediately snapped a picture because this was a moment that said lots of good things. A reason to believe that people here are so friendly, out spoken, and just real ! Its hard to find this in Las Vegas believe it or not....! And its green here! I love green!

Here she is, little Daffodil posing for me. I miss her, already. :(

The Volunteer Park Cafe in Capitol Hill is yummy. The coffee is good, and the quiches are to die for.
Even the little restroom inside the cafe was stunning!

The lovely, dreamy homes of seattle.

This lady made this latte (Cupcake Royal) JUST the way I love it. She is so creative that she even left a foamed leaf-shape! There were so many cafe's and shops that were amazing. Some of my favorite were Top Pot Doughnuts, Larsen's (for their excellent doughnuts & chai tea latte's!), Cupcake Royal in Ballard...so many more that it would hurt my poor little fingers, if I continue...<_>
The Cupcake Royale is YUM.
B. had the limited time, Irish Whisky Maple & of course, I had chocolate!

<_>

Definitely support the history of Seattle's city peeks, and keep the Underground Tour going...its a success and well worth the visit.

Allurement everywhere.

when you are in Seattle, get ready for some Big Wheel Bingo. It'll be one of your funnest night-outings in Downtown Seattle.

View from my brother's kitchen...he lives in a lovely neighborhood.

This motel is very old! The wall texture is beautiful. Located downtown next to Top Pot.

THE MARKET.

The Original Starbucks....I had to visit of course....
My brother's home is over 90 years old! Isn't that crazy? I loved the visit, and going back in April!

I'm off to work now...have a great Thursday everyone!
